Arlen Keith Leight, LCSW, PhD
I am a licensed psychotherapist and board certified clinical sexologist with over 20 years of private practice experience in the gay community. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University, my Masters in Psychiatric Social Work from The Catholic University of America, my Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training certificate from The American University and my Doctorate in Clinical Sexology from Maimonides University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Florida, Massachusetts and Washington, DC.
I am currently an Assistant Professor at the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists in Orlando, Florida. I have lectured extensively on gay relationship issues, and I have also taught at Florida Atlantic University, Florida International University School of Medicine, The Catholic University of America and The University of Maryland. I am author of the book Sex Happens: The Gay Man’s Guide to Creative Intimacy.
